Viking Magazine for Kids
The Viking Magazine for Kids is a Sons of Norway Publication specifically geared to the younger members of the Sons of Norway. Published quarterly (four times per year), the Viking for Kids provides and interesting cultural magazine that can be enjoyed by young and old alike. They bring short stories and headlines of Norwegians in the news and news from Norway and around the United States and Canada.
A recent issue featured Maria Haukaas Storeng (shown at right) of Oslo, Norway, a popular Norwegian pop singer who placed 6th in the Norwegian Idol television program in 2004. Other articles included
